Other than that we had a good weekend. We took the kids to the Home Depot work shop and they made memory boxes. I think they have these workshops every month with different project and completion pins. They gave the kids their own aprons and they got a pin for completing the project and were able to keep their memory boxes. Both kids loved it and they can't wait to go back.

Ultimate Attack!!
I had the ultimate attack on Doug Friday night. I'll give you some background info first. I received a call that we were still in the running to win a new car but we won a $200 in a shopping spree and we just had to listen to a 45 minute presentation on a cleaning system and give them our opinion. If we let them come over that night it would be $500. I figured I can tolerate 45 minutes for a $500 shopping spree. The person came over at 8pm and did his speech. He was not done until 11pm. The guy was very annoying at the end trying to get us to buy an $1800 vacuum system. Not only did I make Doug listen to a 3 hour cleaning presentation but I actually got him to do the test vacuuming. Doug was thrilled. When we logged on to see where we could spend our $500 we were extremely disappointed and wanted nothing from the site. What a disappointment! I'm such a sucker but at least I can torture Doug with it!

Looks like the kids had fun at Home Depot work shop. I have always wanted to do that.
awww, how fun was that!!!
I bet the vacuum thing was a kirby??? that so sounds like kirbys! we have suckered and bout one 2 times and let them in our home WAY to many times! They are so pushy! I remember buying our 1st kirby right after we were married ( very nieve,) and they left our home at 11:30 pm! CRAZY!
Awesome! I love how you torture Doug! Was it a Kirby salesperson? They came to our house while I wa at work a few weeks ago and BJ bought one. Yeah, you read that right. We had three days to return it, so I made him get hold of them to come get it.
How cool that Robyn and Garrett got to do that Home Depot thing. I can't wait until Jackson is older so he can do stuff like that!
OH man, Barry never would have sat though that. He would have got up and went to another room to watch tv LOL
Looks like the kids had fun.
I bet my kids would love that Home Depot thing. When the twins were little, I had one of those salespeople show me a Kirby. They were sleeping at the time and she kept vacuuming even after I said I didn't want them to wake up. Finally , I kicked her out and she had to stand outside and wait for her ride.
