Here is the recipe for the Chicken Nacho Bake if you're interested.
Prep 10 min Total 40 min
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1lb)
1/2 cup chunky salsa
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup tortilla chips
1/2 cup mexican shredded four cheese
**I also use taco seasoning to sprinkle on chicken**
Preheat oven to 400 F. Place chicken on foil-covered baking sheet. Slice 3 cuts on top of each chicken breast with a sharp knife. Top each chicken breast with (taco seasoning**) salsa, sour cream and tortilla chips. Bake 20 min. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 10 min. or until chicken is cooked through(165 F). Makes 4 servings.

I haven't posted my menu yet, but did you get the chicken nacho bake from food and family? I have it on my menu too and was posting the recipe! Looks yummy!!
I did get it from Food and Family but like always I have to change it. I'm pretty sure the kids won't eat this but its worth a shot and I'm hungry for it.
